Revitalizing the

Academic Heart of Campus

For our community of Christian learners, the library provides resources and physical spaces that support learning and discovery, in addition to housing the world-renowned collections of many heroes of the faith. Our current facility can only accommodate 19% of our student body at one time. By creating a more modern, functional, and beautiful space, Wheaton will continue to steward our commitment to providing whole-person preparation for Kingdom impact.

“A new library would benefit students who need that quiet space to study alone for an exam, as well as provide a place to collaborate on group projects with others. It’s not just another building—it’s a space designed to promote academic excellence and community.”
Jack Henson '27
“An ideal college library is a place of serendipitous learning and discovery. This ambitious project will bolster Wheaton’s ability to provide an ideal Christian liberal arts experience and promote the integration of community, faith, and academics. Such a library will help Wheaton students find greater success in their vocational and professional callings where they will seek to engage the world with the love of Christ.”
Brent Etzel, Dean of Library and Archives
